Our Fitness sessions and daily nature walks are tailored for each individuals goals and needs from their Retreat experience. It is not about pushing to the limits at Soul Balance – our philosophy is to move and recharge our bodies on a daily basis.

With our health and fitness backgrounds, we are there to guide every movement to ensure that your body will get the most from your work out. Group sessions are inclusive of our packages; private sessions are available on request for an additional cost.

Gym facilities are available at our Retreat between 6am – 9pm.
